A home-based early education project to foster learning through art, science, math and a bit of technology
THE KIDS STUDIO
In-Person Programs
In addition to being a professional artist and educator, I am most importantly the mother of a wonderful toddler who I plan to homeschool. I’m generating high energy lessons and opening my home-studio doors in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn to a small group of toddlers to join our advanced learning program.
Augment Reality App
The app is currently in its beta stage and our fist activity will be launched at ETHDenver 2024 inside the childcare area. We are generating more content for the official release which will reach the public in virtual form through educational videos and interactive AR games.
Digital Children’s Art Gallery in Virtual Reality
We’ll start a portfolio of your child’s art-making and learning adventures in our VR Gallery for the entire world to enjoy. We will offer the tokenization of children’s art to WAGMI members
At The Studio
In Person Programs
The Kids Studio offers five in-person educational modules that I’m teaching in Brooklyn, New York. I am a NYCDOE fingerprinted educator with experience across the five boroughs and the program has been developed with the counseling of a speech therapist.
Class capacity is 5 children around the ages of 3 to 5
This is an ongoing program taking place on Tuesdays / Wednesdays / Thursdays from 9am to 12pm.
Creative to the Moon: Exploring Science Through Art
-
Awaken your Little One’s curiosity for science through a colorful adventure with my unique and innovative 'Creative to the Moon' art and science exploration series. This course promotes developmental, language, and social skills in toddlers.
Art making, with its fluidity and senatorial nature, provides a unique platform for littles to develop fine and gross motor skills. While kids learn about texture, color and new materials, I introduce basic concepts that will lay the foundation for their future interest in science. Children will experience the meaning of experimentation while having fun, a lot of the sessions will seem more like play than learning!
-
We begin with a basic exploration of color using paper, colored bubbles, frozen paint, and a diverse range of media. We start classes with brief reflections such as what does it feel like? (Cold, warm, rough) What do you see happening? (Swirls, light, color), thus introducing the scientific method. Kids will be introduced to various concepts like the cycles of water by painting with ice on a warm paper , magnetism, reactions between materials, gravity through dripping and dropping, amongst others.
-
After a minimum of 10 sessions you will have a comprehensive portfolio with the documents and art pieces resulting from our explorations. Beyond the technical skills and end results of the art, this course is about creative expression as a tool for an innovative way of learning.

Speechy Crafts: Building a Strong Vocabulary
-
Tailored for children between 2 and 4, this course integrates art creation with language development. Crafts are wonderful opportunities to allow children to ask for help, make requests, and use sounds and words for accomplishment. They invite repetition, create structure, they are a satisfying form of expression, and a relaxing experience for littles. This class will focus on strengthening your kid's expressive and receptive language as they enjoy their happy creative selves.
-
With the counseling of a speech therapist, my activities will prompt students to follow directions while they work on creating sentences and expanding their vocabulary. I will use hands-on, high energy art and language activities that keep little ones engaged and communicating! Crafts with clay, paper plates, and finger painting are in the program and kids will bring home their speechy crafts on a regular basis
-
By the end of the course, you will have a collection of handcrafted pieces by your child that are designed to be great tools to continue playing and learning at home. Build your stash of the proudly creative pieces by your little one and be part of the fulfilling journey into the art of early communication.

Littles Can Read
Part 1: Early Phonics
-
Accelerate your little one’s reading journey, and give them a head start in their future as readers! This workshop uses a developmentally appropriate approach to early literacy focused on the introduction of phonics. In the context of this course, phonics refers to the method of teaching a student the links between letter sounds and their visual representation. As long as they can see and make different sounds, they can start their reading adventure, because at this age they can grasp much more than we imagine!
-
Using artistic activities, music, and play, we will focus on learning the sound of one letter per session, other sessions will revolve around practicing groups of sounds already acquired. Activities will center towards the letter/s of the day, from I spy, hide and seek, jump over the letter, to finger painting, and singing along the uke. There is a certain order of difficulty in which letters will be introduced, thus, we recommend participants to remain consistent and attend all sessions.
-
By the end of the course, students will be familiar with all letters of the english alphabet and their sounds. Parents are encouraged to use the material created by them in class to continue practicing and enforcing their muscle memory at home

The Mathemagicians: Nurturing Mathematical Thinking
-
Unlock your kids analytic development through my course “The Mathemagicians”. A specially crafted program for children between 2 and 4
Math is a logical way of thinking that allows for precision. It is in our everyday routines, interactions, and activities. In response to this, our sessions focus on strengthening children’s understanding of quantity, categories, time, patterns, and volume. Children will build awareness of the spatial relations where they already perform their undiscovered magic!
-
When people think about math, they often think of numbers and counting, but numbers aren't necessarily the most salient aspect of math for littles. Our mathematical thinking explorations will delve into matching numbers games, singing rhymes and counting songs, using elements from nature and wooden toys, and creating art projects relevant to the subject using different media.
-
After spending some time together with us, kids will be familiar with what a number looks like and attempt to name it. They will understand one-to-one correspondence (each number corresponds to one specific quantity), and identify more, less, and enough of a quantity. They also may understand the words "pick two,” using two hands at the same time (use zippers or buttons), arrange things in a logical way and recognize patterns.

Fun at the ArtProject House: Brainy Play Sessions
-
Shake the sillies out at the Studio Playhouse, a new version of my artist studio designed to generate imaginative spaces for littles. With the support and guidance of two facilitators, these children-led sessions allow kids to practice decision-making skills, move at their own pace, discover their own areas of interest, and engage fully in the passions they wish to pursue.
-
Play at the Studio takes place through climbing our custom-made wooden fort, playing with wooden objects, engaging in symbolic play, pretend play, basic games with rules, and gym physical activities. We provide well-timed, tuned-in feedback and gentle task support to help participants accomplish what they may not be able to do by themselves right now. We introduce the importance of taking turns and the practice of courteous social skills. By describing their ongoing actions, asking open-ended questions, coaching interactions, and providing materials when they need them, we translate the playing process into amusing learning opportunities.
-
Beyond coming home happy, unwound, and with fun stories to share, children will have expanded their vocabulary based on the labeling of their actions and toys during play. They will develop social skills coming from taking turns and working through disputes with peers, and will have gained persistence and focusing skills from being guided to a solution when things get hard or frustrating.
