This piece plays with our understanding of reality, and it offers a reflecting upon the tension between technology and the hand-made.  My interest in space and science has led me to study the relative orientation of  space. It is widely known that in our universe, there is no true “up” or “down,” and that our perception of direction is related to a grid of reference points that are entirely relative. Grids of Formation expresses the idea of the grid as a structural, fundamental element that arranges the homogeneous and isotropic universe, seen in the large scale, into a heterogeneous, diverse and directional world when perceived in human scales.
